With our standard delivery option, you can expect to receive your goods within 2-4 working days of placing your order. The service used for our standard service also includes door to door tracking. Standard UK delivery is FREE on all orders over £50.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY
On our Next Day delivery service, we will deliver your order the following day to UK mainland addresses providing that the order is placed before 1pm Mon-Fri. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday, will be dispatched on Saturday to be delivered on Monday and orders placed aft 1pm on Saturday’s will be posted on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
With our European delivery we aim to get you your goods within 6-9 working days. This can vary depending on the courier. All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.
REST OF WORLD DELIVERY
With our Rest Of World delivery we aim to get you your goods within 10-12 working days. This can vary depending on the courier. All orders placed before 1pm will be dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday or Saturday will be dispatched on Monday. The following Countries can be delivered to;
Australia, New Zealand, America, Canada, China, Hong Kong, Japan, South Korea and Russia.
Some of our brands are shipped directly from the supplier so the delivery time may vary depending on each brand and the shipping service they use. Please contact us if you haven’t received your item within 7 working days.
To ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible, please make sure you give us a delivery address where someone will be in. We will gladly deliver to a family member, neighbour or place of work if it is more convenient for you. Please enter your alternative delivery address when you place your order. Or please leave notes with your order and we can inform the carrier of your Safe Place. If we are unable to deliver for any reason, they will leave a ‘Sorry you were out’ card to explain why they were unable to deliver and how to arrange redelivery/collection or the details of where the parcel has been left.
In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery. Please notify Customer Services by using our contact page immediately if any of the parcels are missing or damaged, making sure you keep your delivery note and all packaging.
Please note International delivery’s may be subject to custom tax/charges. These are out of our control and are payable by the recipient on delivery.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Items purchased online
We guarantee to exchange or refund an item you are not entirely happy with, within 14 days of receipt of your item as long as it has not been used and is in a sellable condition (with the tags still attached and unworn). Promotional items can only be exchanged and not refunded.
We aim to provide a full refund within 10 working days but sometimes this can take up to 14 working days.

Returning your order by post
If you would like to return your order then please use the Contact Us page and state your order number and reason for return. Upon emailing us we will get back to you within 24 hours and provide you with the address to return your order to (promotional items can only be exchanged and not refunded). Don’t forget to fill out the returns form that was provided with your order. After processing your return put everything in a suitable mailing bag/box and return it to the address provided via email. Please note you are responsible for the costs of returning your order.
If you would like a refund, then these will be given at the original price you paid (excluding delivery charges). The refund will then be credited to your original payment method.
Refunds usually take 10 workings days but they can take up to 14 working days. You will receive an email when your refund has been processed.

Did you order the wrong size? Colour? Product? No problem just use the Contact Us page and state your order number and reason for return, as well as the item you want instead (please note the product has to be the same value or less that your original product). Alongside this please fill out the exchange form that was provided with your order and package up your item and take it to your local post office or suitable courier. Please note you are responsible for any costs incurred to return your order.
